Glencare Center, a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Business Office Manager to join the team. It is preferred that the qualified candidate has past experience in long-term care billing and have a solid knowledge base on Medicare, Medicaid, MyCare Ohio and Insurance billing process.

The Business Office Manager (BOM) is a key and visible department supervisor working directly with all residents, family and employees. The Business Office Manager is responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems as well as financial management of the Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility, and Independent Living Facility. The Business Office Manager is directly involved in the maintenance of trust accounting records, medical billing/collections and resident accounts receivable statements. The Business Office Manager is the primary individual responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable from all payer sources. The Business Office Manager is a member of the Executive Team and must have experience managing a business office in a SNF.

Including a working knowledge of:

•State Regulations pertaining to Business Office Operations
•Point Click Care,
•Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections (medical billing)
•Managed Care billing, coding, regulations,
•Budgets, Spend Downs, AR, AP,
•Management of Resident Trust
